Welcome to Bakhsaa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

  • All payments are online at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before processing the order.

  • No overdue or deferred payments apply.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship internationally.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless promotional offers apply (e.g., free shipping for large orders, depending on destination).

  • Delivery timeframes is 8-10 working day and varies depending on shipping provider and destination. While we strive to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

3. Refund & Replacement

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  • Only replacements are allowed in case of damaged products.
  • Customers must provide video proof of the package being opened at the time of delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Replacements will be processed only after verification of the provided proof.

4. Liability

  • Bakhsaa is committed to providing high-quality products, but cannot be held responsible for delays, shipping issues, or damages once the product leaves our warehouse and is under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate personal, billing, and shipping information.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be displayed on our website and applied to all purchases.
