1. Payment Terms
All payments are online at checkout.
Payment must be completed before processing the order.
No overdue or deferred payments apply.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless promotional offers apply (e.g., free shipping for large orders, depending on destination).
Delivery timeframes is 8-10 working day and varies depending on shipping provider and destination. While we strive to deliver on time, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
3. Refund & Replacement
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Only replacements are allowed in case of damaged products.
- Customers must provide video proof of the package being opened at the time of delivery.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Replacements will be processed only after verification of the provided proof.
4. Liability
Bakhsaa is committed to providing high-quality products, but cannot be held responsible for delays, shipping issues, or damages once the product leaves our warehouse and is under the carrier’s responsibility.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate personal, billing, and shipping information.
